2. Device Ownership and Legal Requirements

• Ownership Verification: You warrant that you are the legal owner of the device or have explicit authorization to sell it
• Stolen Device Policy: We do not purchase stolen devices under any circumstances
• Database Checks: All devices are checked against UK and international stolen device databases
• Police Cooperation: Suspected stolen devices will be reported to police authorities immediately
• Legal Consequences: Attempting to sell stolen property is a criminal offense punishable by law
• IMEI Verification: We verify device IMEI numbers against blacklists and stolen device registries
• Proof of Purchase: We may request proof of purchase or ownership documentation

4. Quote and Pricing

• Initial Quotes: Online quotes, when provided, are estimates based on information provided
• Final Pricing: Final price determined after physical device inspection
• Price Validity: Quotes valid for 7 days from issue date
• Market Fluctuations: Prices may vary based on market conditions
• Condition Assessment: Final price depends on actual device condition
• Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse any device or adjust pricing

5. Device Condition Requirements

Devices must meet the following requirements:

• Functional: Device must power on and basic functions must work
• Unlocked: Device should be network unlocked or unlockable
• iCloud Removed: Find My iPhone must be disabled and iCloud account removed
• Factory Reset: Device should be factory reset (we can assist if needed)
• Accessories: Original accessories not required but may affect pricing
• Damage Disclosure: All damage must be accurately disclosed

6. Collection and Inspection Process

• Free Collection: We provide free collection services across the UK
• Inspection Period: Devices inspected at the point of collection
• Condition Verification: Physical inspection may reveal undisclosed issues
• Price Adjustment: Prices may be adjusted based on actual condition
• Acceptance Period: You have 48 hours to accept revised quotes

7. Payment Terms

• Payment Methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, or other approved methods
• Payment Timing: Payment processed at the point of collection, after final inspection.
• Bank Details: Accurate bank details must be provided
• Minimum Amounts: Minimum transaction value may apply
• Currency: All payments made in British Pounds (GBP)

9. Warranties and Representations

By selling your device to us, you warrant that:

• You are the legal owner of the device or authorized to sell it
• The device is not stolen, lost, or subject to any liens
• All information provided about the device is accurate
• The device is not subject to any finance agreements
• You have the right to transfer ownership
• The device has not been reported as lost or stolen

• Quote Rejection: You may reject our final quote within 48 hours
• Return Shipping: Return shipping costs borne by customer
• Processing Time: Returns processed within 5-7 business days
